Responsibilities
Prospect aggressively (cold calls, drop-ins, networking, referrals)
Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline
Close new commercial maintenance contracts
Outmaneuver competitors with value, speed, and persistence
Own your numbers—activity, closes, revenue
Partner with operations when closing deals
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B hunting experience
History of closing new logos (not just managing accounts)
Preferred
Service-based or commercial contracting sales preferred
