Responsibilities
Using data and insights to find opportunities, measure performance, and iterate on features to meet Executive Services program, sponsor, and participant needs
Leading multiple priorities and initiatives in partnership with Executive Services Product Area and Distribution Teams
Establishing goals and communicating progress/status to ES leadership and key partners at various levels
Highlighting risks, dependencies, and managing progression against determined milestones
Representing Executive Services and seeking opportunities to partner with other business units and business partners to leverage and scale solutions and ensure alignment and integration of deliverables across domains
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency, engagement, and overall initiative outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10-12 + years of financial services experience with a focus on strategy / product management
Deep understanding of the Workplace, Wealth and Brokerage businesses
Outstanding prioritization skills and the ability to navigate multiple highly matrixed organizations
Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically
Superb relationship-building skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Possesses a startup mentality with comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Experience in environments where speed, adaptability, and innovation are critical to success
Leadership skills demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Thrives in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
