Regional Sales Manager (Physical Security)

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Sr. RSMs in your assigned regions to understand channel needs and align sales strategies accordingly
Maintain regular communication with Sr. RSMs to ensure alignment of sales goals and customer requirements
Provide sales support for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement, as needed
Assist in the development and execution of enterprise sales strategies
Assist the Regional Sales Managers with specific channel accounts, driving sales activities and ensuring targets are set and met
Build strong relationships with channel partners to foster long-term collaboration
Ensure all sellers know and understand Genea and our core value propositions
Develop and implement an operating model for daily/weekly interactions with Sr. RSMs to streamline communication and coordination
Ensure that processes and workflows are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness
Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making for SaaS, HW and Setup fees
Drive the closing process for sales opportunities, ensuring all necessary steps are completed to secure deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any obstacles to closing
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual individual sales targets; as well as support the broader enterprise Security sales team with meeting its overall sales targets
Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes to resale partners
Ensure all quotes are aligned with company policies and pricing strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in physical security or adjacent industries
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Proficiency in using Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales tools
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
