Responsibilities
Define and align work strategies with resources to achieve desired client outcomes
Oversee planning and execution of large-scale implementations, proactively addressing potential issues
Manage project documentation, deliverables, and business flows while ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to communicate project details effectively
Facilitate cross-functional interdependencies and improve processes for optimal performance
Monitor financials and represent project status to leadership and clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
2+ years of client-facing experience with a strong ability to build collaborative relationships
Proficiency in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
Experience in project management within healthcare or state Medicaid agencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience with data migration projects, particularly in an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) context
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Project and Visio
Ability to facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
