LHH is a leading U.S. law firm that is embarking on a 12-month conflicts project with the potential for full-time conversion. They are seeking experienced conflicts attorneys to manage and resolve client and matter conflicts as the firm prepares for a merger with a UK-based peer.

Responsibilities

Run and analyze conflicts checks using Intapp Conflicts (or similar enterprise systems)
Identify and summarize potential ethical and business conflicts; recommend resolutions
Support lateral attorney onboarding clearance; assist new business intake as needed
Draft conflict summaries/waivers; ensure accuracy of new client/matter entries
Apply jurisdiction‑specific rules and principles to choice‑of‑law decisions and risk analysis

Required

3+ years as a Conflicts Attorney at a large law firm with a robust conflicts database
Active bar license in your state of residence (in good standing)
Demonstrated judgment, analytical strength, and decision‑making ability
