Responsibilities
Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
Collecting and recording accurate client and pet information
Communicating effectively with clients regarding their pets' health and treatment plans
Assisting veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Passion for working with animals and their owners
Basic knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
