Evaluate incoming leads to determine alignment with active litigation criteria
Communicate case acceptances or rejections with empathy and professionalism
Handle incoming calls and input client information into our system
Keep data organized and accurate to support marketing analytics and legal evaluations
Collaborate with the Associate Marketing Director, Marketing Assistant, and other team members
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in client relations, especially in legal or professional services
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
