Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Engage in technical sales activities, presenting product offerings to clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Lead account management efforts by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Conduct warm calling to prospective clients, nurturing leads into long-term partnerships
Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company goals while meeting client expectations
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment

Required

Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales, with a strong understanding of account management principles

Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating team members towards achieving common goals
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced situations
