Responsibilities

Lead and manage the performance of a 20–30 asset portfolio spanning new lease-up and Class B/C assets
Oversee a team of 3–4 Asset Managers, providing direction, mentorship, and accountability
Design and execute strategic business plans focused on NOI growth, leasing velocity, and asset value creation
Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, development, construction, and property management teams
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, reforecasts, capex tracking, and performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Partner with senior leadership to drive scalable asset strategies that align with long-term growth targets

Required

10+ years of experience in real estate asset management or regional operations, preferably across lease-up, value-add, and class B/C portfolios

Experienced in managing mid-size teams and portfolios of 5,000+ units across multiple markets
Strong financial and operational acumen; ability to lead with data and execute against KPIs

Preferred

Exposure to multifamily or single-family build-to-rent is a plus
