Associate Staffing is looking to add a Lead Accounting Analyst to their team. The role involves preparing financial statements, overseeing analytical reviews, and maintaining cash forecasts while serving as the primary contact for external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact with external stakeholders
Prepare quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements for assigned project/portfolio financings/partnerships
Prepare periodic debt service coverage ratio filings for assigned projects and portfolio
Oversee analytical reviews of assigned projects
Maintain a rolling 12-month cash forecast

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/FinancePublic Accounting experienceU.S. GAAP knowledgeFinancial applications experienceCPA preferred

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
6+ years of diverse and complex experience
Public Accounting experience (Big Four/large regional)
Experience with financial applications (OneStream, Cubes,etc.)
Strong technical skills and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
