Responsibilities
Prepare trial materials, including binders, exhibits, witness files, and evidence
Support attorneys through all stages of a case, from filing to post-trial
Draft and format legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings
Manage documents and e-discovery, including indexing and production tracking
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
Assist with deposition scheduling, preparation, and exhibits
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and timelines
Qualification
Required
Solid trial experience in both state and federal courts
Commercial litigation experience
3-5 years of paralegal experience in a litigation-focused environment
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and case management
Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation support software
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Antitrust litigation experience
