Xerxes Global is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to enhance their Financial Operations team. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial analysis while collaborating with clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee accounting operations for clients, including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls

Ensure GAAP compliance, accurate technical accounting, and high-quality financial reporting

Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and support audit processes

Provide financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in support of client objectives

Partner with technology teams on ERP/accounting system design and implementation

Act as the key point of contact for executives, boards, and private equity stakeholders

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams to ensure excellence in deliverables

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and the scope of services

Support strategic FP&A initiatives (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) as needed
