Proactively Solicit & Manage: Identify and manage group and catering-related opportunities not handled by the Event Booking Center
Maximize Revenue: Actively upsell each opportunity to maximize revenue for the resort
Achieve Revenue Goals: Drive personal and team-related revenue targets
Service Excellence: Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion to maintain service excellence throughout each customer experience
Customer Loyalty: Support Marriott’s Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and growing share of the account on behalf of PCH Hotels and Resorts
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on group and catering in the hospitality industry
Strong ability to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A passion for delivering service excellence and building long-term customer relationships
A team-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve both personal and team goals
