Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring service delivery meets established service level agreements (SLAs) and mission objectives
Develop, implement, and monitor contract management procedures, controls, and reporting mechanisms
Manage tasking, workload distribution, and performance of personnel
Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
Drive strategic planning for future initiatives, system improvements, and evolving mission requirements
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have at least ten (10+) years of relevant IT Program/Project management
Must have IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.)
Must have BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Information Technology, or related fields
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
