Responsibilities
Data analysis: Detect and communicate impactful marketing insights across multiple data domains (sales, transactions, product mix, market share, and marketing mix models)
Reporting: Support continuous enhancement and automation of functional and executive-level reporting on marketing impact and campaign performance
Strategic Support: Serve as data and analytics advisor to McDonald’s leadership and functional teams, providing ongoing analytical support. Help create efficiencies across markets by sharing best practices and cross-market learnings
Enterprise Leadership: Promote “One McDonald’s Way” of measurement, measurement design and metric definitions in coordination with subject matter experts; support efforts to improve our data assets and enhance their usage
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on campaign optimization and testing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of paid media channels, including search, social, display, video, and programmatic advertising
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and statistical analysis software
Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
Curious, task-oriented, and a self-starter, with a proven track record of 'getting things done'
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for discovering consumer behavior, trends, and opportunities for innovation
