Responsibilities
Participate in all departmental and company meetings
Must have a strong knowledge of all AV equipment
Must maintain and care for property and rental equipment
Must effectively calculate electrical for all AV equipment usage
Effectively and safely work with high voltage electricity
Ensure all audio and visual needs are properly setup in a timely manner for all property events
Deliver the company’s Bally's DNA standards when interacting with all internal and external guests
Provide recommendations to gain the best experience for the guests
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and or technical problems
Clean, sanitize, update equipment as needed
Effectively work side by side with the Catering Sales Manager and Director of F&B for all special events at the property
Immediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same
Handle routine guest complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED equivalent, required
2 Years experience in audio visual, production or as an IT technician, required
Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills
Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
