Responsibilities
Support the production of high-quality, precision components through FOD free operations which includes additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment
Ensure that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently; parts consistently meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications, while meeting production targets safely and efficiently
Exemplify core values and demonstrate operational excellence
Maintain exceptional quality and efficiency throughout production, while working collaboratively with leads, supervisors, and management to meet operational goals and continuously improve processes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with computer software
Good hand-eye coordination
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and mentor peers
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and dependable
Conduct themselves with respect and professionalism
The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
Preferred
1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing or Manufacturing
Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus
Experience with highly technical equipment such as lasers, MRI's, EDM's, Robotics, CNC's, and CMM
