New Grad, Entry LevelPenn Color, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their high-performing Research & Development team in their Plastics Laboratory. This entry-level role involves assisting with laboratory operations, sample preparation, testing, and workflow processes that are critical to product development and quality.

Responsibilities
Must be able to Work in a safe environment and follow ISO 9001 guidelines
Basic understanding or willing to learn our Oracle, Raw Materials and lab workflow
Will learn to Operate sample preparation equipment as necessary, with training (extruder, roll mill, chipper, pulverize, premixing)
Ability to learn basic color correcting skills with training (QC equipment and spectrophotometers)
Needs the have ability to communicate with multiple people and can follow directions and have basic math skills
Work collaboratively with other team members and multitask
