Process Development Technician
Analog Devices, Inc. is a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds. They are seeking an Assembly Process Development Technician to support the Prototype and Space Products manufacturing areas by developing manufacturable processes and facilitating the transition of development projects into manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Automated and manual wedge and ball bonding (F&K, Hesse, manual bonders)
Bond pull/shear testing and rework (Dage testers)
Die shear/stud pull testing
Plasma and solvent cleaning technologies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in electronics manufacturing process support
Wirebond experience and working knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, interpret equipment manuals and process documentation
General working knowledge of automated processing equipment
Good hand-eye coordination for work under a microscope is necessary
U.S. Citizenship is required
Willingness to apply for a security clearance
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), statistical software, and AutoCAD are a plus
