Responsibilities
Create estimates for property care projects
Analyzes scope, specifications, and other documentation presented to prepare cost and revenue proposals (considering all costs, labor, materials, and services involved) for proposed projects
Ensures that all work is completed profitably according to the contract and client's satisfaction while maintaining Marders standards
Qualification
Required
Experience managing landscape gardens, trees, lawns, and outdoor spaces on multiple properties is required
The ability to create estimates, manage budgets, direct garden care programs, and coordinate crew is necessary
Strong organization, communication, and mathematical skills required
Horticultural knowledge and experience are necessary
Minimum of 3 years of landscape industry experience, strong horticultural knowledge, and hands-on experience required
Preferred
The ability to speak conversational Spanish is a plus
