Responsibilities
Partner with Regional Operations Manager on credit-rebill processes and their impact on freight capture
Oversee freight charges for North and East Regions, ensuring proper coding and billing in coordination with Sales and Operations
Monitor and review freight audit reports for accuracy
Support invoice processes by working with warehouse leads across the regions to review freight on purchase orders
Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Operations to resolve freight-related issues promptly
Assist with additional projects and initiatives to drive operational efficiency within assigned regions
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
Good writing and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions/SOP's
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience preferred
