The role involves supporting marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales teams, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations within the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, including lead generation efforts, email campaigns, and event coordination, while tracking their performance
Support the evaluation and refinement of sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency, enhance scalability, and align with company objectives
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities within the fintech space
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure smooth communication between departments
Assist with the preparation, organization, and management of RFI (Request for Information) responses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to prospective clients

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Operations, or a related field
Senior standing, May 2027 graduate
Self-motivated and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing operations tools
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address potential challenges
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
General interest in Fintech

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot, Loopio, Salesforce and Marketo Measure
Prior internships or projects in fintech, sales operations, marketing, or analytics
