Responsibilities

Lead BI projects end-to-end: requirements, estimates, planning, delivery
Design efficient and scalable semantic models in Power BI (advanced DAX, modeling, performance tuning)
Build executive-level dashboards focused on business outcomes
Train, guide, and review the work of junior and mid-level analysts
Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs
Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and visual consistency
Provide insight-driven recommendations and connect analytics to business impact

Required

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
Strong command of Power BI (must)
Demonstrated ability to estimate, plan, and deliver BI projects
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into decisions
Highly detail-oriented and organized in both execution and documentation
Excellent communication skills and technical leadership presence
Must be fluent in English
