Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of internal organizational initiatives aligned with enterprise strategic goals
Manage project schedules, RAID logs, action plans, and weekly status reports using EPMO Smartsheet standards
Partner with executives and senior leaders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria
Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status communications
Ensure compliance with EPMO governance, quality standards, KPIs, and reporting expectations
Drive organizational readiness, communication planning, and adoption of new processes or solutions
Support continuous improvement and lessons learned for transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience
Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders
Strong skills in scheduling, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and governance compliance
Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar tools
Excellent communication and executive presence
