Responsibilities

Center residents and hold in mind their experiences of delivering services

Support residents to maintain/achieve their self-sufficiency and enhance their quality of life

Foster collaborative and participatory initiatives with residents and community partners

Work seamlessly with property management staff on resident referrals, eviction prevention services and community building efforts

Maintain resident files according to resident services guidelines

Submit reports to HDC and other regulatory agencies as required

Participate in organization, team and cross-team meetings to facilitate effective communication

Meet or exceed Resident Services Performance Standards

Qualification

Human services degreeRelevant work experienceCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

high school diploma or GED

5 – 7 years of relevant experience

valid driver's license

successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check

Preferred

bachelor's degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, social science, or other related fields) with at least one year of relevant work experience
