Responsibilities
Build, inspire and over time, manage a high-performing team of HR Project Managers. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Driving end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Work closely with stakeholders across departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions that create value for the organization
Develop and maintain robust frameworks for project governance, risk management, and performance tracking. Provide transparent and data-driven updates to executive leadership
Drive a culture of results-based management, ensuring that all programs deliver tangible business outcomes, enhance employee experiences, and optimize operational efficiency
Champion effective change strategies to ensure the sustainable adoption of programs across the organization
Evolve PMO practices to reflect best-in-class methodologies, tools, and delivery models
Qualification
Required
10+ years of proven experience in leading Global Enterprise Projects, ideally within a HR PMO, M&A Employee Integration, Technical Project Management, Organizational Transformation and/or Project-Based Environment
Strong expertise in program governance, project management methodologies, business processes and portfolio management within HR
Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results and value creation
Systems experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office
Preferred
PMP Certification preferred, not required
