They are seeking a Lead Kitchen Designer to manage high-end residential projects, working closely with clients from concept through to completion, while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of kitchens, baths, and luxury remodeling projects from concept to completion
Meet with clients, review scopes, and create proposals, estimates, and timelines
Design with Chief Architect software, producing drawings, cabinetry/millwork details, and finish selections
Partner with the Production Manager to prepare bids, manage orders, and oversee installations
Manage all project documentation in Buildertrend, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction
Conduct jobsite visits, coordinate with trades, and problem-solve design and construction issues
Stay engaged in industry trends, CEUs, trade shows, and association events

Required

5+ years of high-end residential design experience (kitchen/bath preferred)
Strong knowledge of remodeling/construction processes, budgets, and project management
Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or related field (equivalent experience considered). AKBD/CKBD a plus
Proficiency in Chief Architect, Buildertrend, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
Positive, proactive, team-oriented mindset with integrity
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
