SHADOW is seeking a diligent and charismatic Manager for its growing Influencer Division. The role involves developing and executing celebrity and influencer strategies, managing a junior team, and cultivating relationships within the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

Develop celebrity and influencer strategies for SHADOW's full client roster, thoughtfully tailoring each strategy to the unique needs and market position of that particular brand

You carry out your strategies to fruition, ideating, pitching, selling-in and executing influencer and brand ambassador campaigns

You negotiate deals autonomously

You always track and deliver results

You are mentoring and managing a junior team within the influencer division, but you are also working closely with account teams across the agency

You must know how to delegate, manage and inspire teams agency-wide

You are expected to continue cultivating relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists and assistants

Required

3-6 years of agency or in-house experience working on talent and influencer-based initiatives

Excellent relationships with talent, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants

Direct experience in talent booking and contract negotiation

Ability to perform seamlessly within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting

Extensive experience working across all social media platforms

Passion for the entertainment industry and pop culture

Ability to mentor and manage a junior team

Ability to delegate, manage and inspire teams agency-wide

Preferred
