Archinect is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their studio in Brooklyn Navy Yard. This role involves supporting studio partners and participating in the development and delivery of projects from early design through execution.

Architecture

Responsibilities

Design development across architecture, interiors, and custom furniture
FF&E selection, specification, and scheduling
Drawing production and coordination using AutoCAD and Rhino
Visualization using D5
Coordination with consultants and fabricators
Assisting with budget tracking and project organization
Acting as a point of contact with clients under partner direction
Clear communication via email, phone, and presentations (InDesign)

Required

2–4 years of professional experience in architecture or interior architecture
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and D5
Experience with FF&E, interiors, and material research

Interest in craft, furniture, and material-driven design
