They are seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time Audiologist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing on hearing health for seniors.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry
Diagnose and manage hearing disorders, including age-related hearing loss
Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care
Educate patients and caregivers about hearing health, communication strategies, and device maintenance
Work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Ensure a comfortable and respectful environment tailored to geriatric needs

Qualification

Doctor of AudiologyActive state audiology licenseGeriatric audiology experienceCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsIndependent workAdaptability

Required

Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program
Active state audiology license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to facility-based care settings

Preferred

Experience in geriatric or mobile audiology care
