Sr Sales Account Executive
Crete United, through its subsidiary Sam Mechanical, is a leading provider of commercial HVAC and mechanical services based in New Hampshire. They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive service agreement sales and preventative maintenance contracts, focusing on building relationships with commercial clients and ensuring service excellence.
Responsibilities
Drive new business for HVAC service contracts, preventative maintenance programs, and retrofit opportunities
Hunt and close deals across commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal clients
Conduct site surveys, assess mechanical systems, and recommend tailored service solutions
Build relationships with facility and property managers to uncover long-term service needs
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure service excellence post-sale
Track pipeline and progress using CRM tools
Represent Sam Mechanical at industry events, networking groups, and client meetings
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in HVAC, mechanical, or building systems service sales
5+ years experience selling service agreements, PM contracts, or mechanical solutions
Deep understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems and how to position value-based service offerings
A hunter mentality with strong closing skills
Ability to communicate technical value to non-technical buyers
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
