In this role, you will provide financial support and analysis to help projects meet their financial targets while collaborating with project teams to drive decisions that improve financial performance.

Responsibilities
Provide financial support, analysis, and reporting to help projects meet financial targets
Prepare monthly revenue and backlog reports for assigned projects
Partner with project teams to drive decisions that improve financial performance
Track and report project financials, manage change orders, and build strong team relationships
Collaborate with project managers on cash flow, LOIs, work orders, and change orders
Support ad hoc reporting and special projects in partnership with your line manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or international equivalent)
2–4 years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in a service organization
Must have at least 1 year working in Clinical Research, preferably with a CRO
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills; familiarity with web-based communication tools
Must have 606 experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Preferred
