Responsibilities

Prepare business reports, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of the business

Supervise employees in preparing financial reports and budgets

Develop and lead financial strategies and initiatives that help drive the Company's revenue and profitability growth

Oversee the financial close and reporting processes

Ensure financial analysis and reporting supports the requirements and needs of the Senior Leadership team

Work closely with outside auditors to establish a partnership that ensures the Company is fully compliant with US GAAP and standard accounting practices

Identify opportunities to improve current processes and procedures and ensure financial data is accurate and timely so that Senior Leadership can make informed business decisions
