In this role, you will oversee both ongoing and upcoming civil construction projects, ensuring their successful execution and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage civil construction projects, from inception to completion

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Ensure compliance with all relevant City/ County/ DOT regulations

Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and overall coordination

Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

Deliver quality results, ensuring safety and efficiency

Qualification

Civil construction experienceSite Development expertiseProject management experienceEstimating/Takeoff expertiseTeam collaboration

Required

Minimum 10 years in civil construction and project management

Experience with Site Development, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Municipalities or DOT projects

Strong ability to collaborate across teams and departments

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued

Bonus if you have experience in estimating/takeoff
