Oversee and manage third-party service providers, including outsourced middle office, loan closing, fund administration, and trustees
Manage the CLO lifecycle end-to-end, from warehouse through issuance and ongoing post-close activities

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience at an asset manager or investment bank
Deep subject-matter expertise in CLOs
Strong operations and/or trade support background
