Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction
Work directly with sales reps and customers processing orders
Provide continuous customer support through the order process
Building relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication and problem solving
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualification
Required
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or related fields
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Detail oriented and driven
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot a plus
