Responsibilities
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team goals
Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, GTM)
Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates using advanced search techniques and tools
Proactively identify market trends, talent pools, and competitive intel to inform search strategies
Represent the EvenUp brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions
Track pipeline data, outreach metrics, and sourcing performance to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven success sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup experience a plus)
Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, Boolean/X-ray search)
Strong research skills and a data-informed mindset
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills
A bias for action, ownership, and delivering results
