Responsibilities
Process Crop Insurance Policies
Map Producers Farms
Work with Agents to Manage Tasks
Work with insurance underwriters to ensure accuracy
Perform audits for quality control
Continuously learn about the specialty crop industry
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or GED equivalent
1 year of administrative experience is needed
Must be proficient in computer technology and Microsoft applications
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to successfully communicate both verbally and written
Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new processes and procedures to meet business initiatives
Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals
Preferred
Basic knowledge of varied crop insurance policies, procedures, and practices
Knowledge of insurance principles and practices, insurance processing and servicing activities
