Associate Staffing is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. The role involves leading financial reporting, managing cash forecasts, and providing analytical reviews to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage reporting – oversee preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

Ensure accuracy of rolling 12-month cash forecasts to support strategic planning and liquidity management

Direct analytical reviews of project results and communicate findings to senior management and external stakeholders

Act as subject matter expert, mentor team members, and recommend best practices based on expertise

Qualification

CPAPublic Accounting experienceU.S. GAAPBachelor’s Degree in Accounting/FinanceFinancial applications experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

CPA required

Public Accounting experience (Big Four/large regional)

Experience with financial applications (OneStream, Cubes,etc.)

Strong technical skills and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
