Translate the client's legacy products into technologically advanced systems for their mission
Design and develop systems while evolving them with advanced technology solutions
Broaden skills into areas like aerospace avionics and electrical systems
Merge engineering knowledge and aircraft avionics systems to create technological solutions

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience with aircraft systems
Experience with heavy maintenance or programmed depot maintenance for commercial derivatives
Knowledge of FAA Airworthiness
Knowledge of aerospace systems
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Preferred

Experience with aircraft communication systems modifications
Experience with networking or IT
Experience with diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages
Experience with Integrated Master Schedules
Knowledge of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
Knowledge of U.S. Air Force acquisition processes and military specifications and standards
Knowledge of the U.S. Air Force Airworthiness process and Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E)
Ability to design and analyze power systems and create engineering drawings
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Engineering
