Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents
Interface in person, by phone and by email with clients to help determine their needs and goals, and implement solutions
Compile, Scan and File Estate Planning Documents
Record and store client information
Schedule clients for appointments and answer client calls and emails
Assist with clients' titling of assets to comport with their estate plans and goals
Qualification
Required
Ability to stay organized, prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Works well in a team environment
Preferred
Previous experience in the estate planning legal field or in a general practice law office or financial services office
Familiarity with standard office software as well as legal software such as Clio
