Participate in hands-on leadership development workshops
Enhance your technical skills and learn more about research & development at Alcon
Get advice and network with our ERG (Employee Resource Group) members
Complete a team case study
Attend developmental workshops, panel discussions, and networking sessions
You will receive an invitation to interview for a Summer 2027 Internship – *please note that not all interviews will result in employment offers*
Qualification
Required
Current rising undergraduate sophomores (graduating between December 2028 – August 2029) and first-year master's candidates (graduating between December 2027 – August 2029)
Strong academic performance, current cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Must be currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following degree programs: Human Factors, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering
Leadership, strong initiative, and decision-making skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Soft skills including a positive attitude, flexibility, and conflict resolution
Design thinking for products and enhancements
Must be able to participate in-person in Fort Worth, TX, on August 10 – August 13, 2026
