The role focuses on sourcing and recruitment initiatives, building relationships with candidates, clients, and recruiters, and executing various sourcing strategies for high volume call center positions.

Responsibilities

Sourcing efforts for high volume call center positions
Consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention
Candidate, client, & recruiter relationship building
Participates in Intake calls/requisition reviews
Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong call center knowledge
Candidate assessment and selection techniques
Collaborate on sourcing framework
Executes various sourcing strategies
Heavy focus in grassroots sourcing campaigns and hiring events
Local Travel on a regular basis to various workforce centers, non-profit partners, job fairs and career events - up to 25% of the time

Required

5-7 years of experience in a talent acquisition
3 years of experience in a Sourcing capacity
Bachelor's degree preferred HS Diploma or equivalent required
Strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics
Strong grasp of diversity recruitment concepts
Understanding of SEO, keywords, AI sourcing, and social tools
Ability to connect and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Preferred

Spanish language proficiency (speaking and writing) highly desirable
