Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ recruiters to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance metrics
Personally execute full-cycle (not full-desk, we have more than enough fillable roles) recruiting across Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire roles – leading by example
Uphold high standards for candidate quality by ensuring submissions are thoroughly vetted, well-aligned to role requirements, and prepared for client interviews
Partner directly with hiring managers to deeply understand technical needs, business priorities, and organizational culture – strong emphasis on ongoing client relationships (minimal VMS)
Develop sourcing strategies that prioritize quality over volume while maintaining strong activity levels
Maintain precise and timely documentation within applicant tracking systems
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates and clients
Ensure every candidate submission reflects MMD’s commitment to excellence, accuracy, and professionalism
Emphasize thorough screening, clear communication, and candidate preparation at every stage of the hiring process
Maintain urgency without sacrificing precision, ethics, or quality
Contribute to recruiting processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle technical agency recruiting experience
Proven success meeting or exceeding recruiting and revenue metrics
Experience leading and developing agency recruiting teams
Ability to manage recruiting efforts on multiple roles at once (2-3/week standard)
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
