Master Data Manager

They are seeking a Master Data Manager to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master data that powers their supply chain, finance, and operations.

Retail

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day master data setup and maintenance across Product, Vendor, and Customer domains
Execute and support data governance and stewardship standards, ensuring compliance with internal controls and business rules
Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to resolve data issues and enforce data accuracy
Review, validate, and process master data requests, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to defined change control procedures
Maintain documentation for master data processes, workflows, and SOPs
Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Support audits and compliance reviews by ensuring master data accuracy and traceability
Collaborate with ERP and systems teams on enhancements, upgrades, and master data-related projects
Serve as a subject matter expert on how master data impacts inventory, procurement, costing, and reporting
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required

3–5 years of experience working with master data, supply chain, or ERP systems, ideally within CPG, supplements, or regulated consumer products
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365, NetSuite, or Navision
Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory processes, including item setup, vendor data, and costing
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and consistency
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Preferred

Experience supporting audits, quality, or regulatory requirements is a plus
