Babylon Micro-Farms is looking for a highly motivated National Account Sales Manager to drive growth across North America. The role focuses on business development and managing key accounts, helping commercial dining operators expand their market presence by growing fresh produce on-site.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth across healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate dining sectors
Cultivate new leads through proactive outreach (email and phone) with CRM support
Develop enterprise clients and long-term partnerships
Build strong relationships with clients and offer customized solutions to meet their specific needs
Represent Babylon Micro-Farms at trade shows and conventions to promote our sustainable hydroponic farming solutions
Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing efforts
Help manage existing accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and growth

Qualification

Required

8+ years of proven sales success, preferably with companies including Compass Group, Aramark, and Sodexo
Strong 'hunter' mentality with a focus on business development and some account management
Track record of expanding business into new markets
Experience selling to all levels, including C-suite executives
Skilled in participating in trade shows and industry events
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Highly organized, with an appreciation for fostering long-term customer relationships
Masterful experience with CRMs like Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.Ai, Nooks. Ai, and Asana or similar project management platforms
Passion for sustainability, healthy food, or growing plants
