Troon is seeking a Golf Shop Sales Attendant at Harrison Meadows Country Club, where qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment focused on providing superior service. The role involves managing the golf shop, assisting guests, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

Use Point of Sale System to check-in golfers and sell merchandise

Greet Passholders & Guests as the enter the golf shop and give luxury service for their every request

Keep golf shop clean, neat, and always organized

Maintain golf shop lighting

Assist maintaining merchandise inventory levels and place orders as needed

Restock golf shop during and prior to the end of shift. These should be checked on the hour every hour as well. This includes supplies

Keep the shop clean, free of trash and presentable

Have a radio at all times to in order to communicate with staff

Ensure that Passholder and Guests are aware of their starting time

Ensure guests know where areas of the facility are located

Be of service to guests and members request with the respect that the guests have an enjoyable day while at Harrison Meadows CC

Ensure Passholders and Guests are aware of any facility information which include Member Programs, Green Fees, Merchandise Offerings, Food and Beverage Offerings and more

High School education or its equivalent

Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language
