Manager - Finance, Diamond Supply (Maternity Coverage)
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Manager for Finance in their Diamond Supply division to provide financial support for Industrial operations. The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and delivering analytics to aid in strategic financial decision-making.

Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the Industrial divisions, specifically related to financials tied stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, ROI analytics, and support function spend
Deliver and present accurate and insightful analytics to support effective financial and strategic decision making
Prepare and interpret monthly reporting including measurements related to stone purchases, inventory, capital expenditures, and support function costs
Support the divisional and cost center leads through financial reporting, modeling, analysis and cost savings
Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards of KPIs
Perform various modeling and scenario analyses to support key strategic Industrial decision making
Strategic Plan support
Gross margin improvement support
Develop and improve tracking and analytics to provide updates and analysis to senior management
Build capital investment business cases
Ad hoc work related to senior management requests and points of strategic interest
Enhance analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency
Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office software with advanced Excel skills
Willing to work flexible hours
Preferred
CPA certification and/or MBA degree
Prior experience at Big 4 accounting firm and/or bulge bracket investment bank
Hyperion financial software knowledge
Power BI software knowledge
Business Objects software knowledge
