Responsibilities

Develop and execute global treasury strategy, including liquidity planning, capital allocation, and risk management

Oversee cash management operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments across all regions

Manage intercompany settlements and optimize global bank account structures to minimize FX exposure and transaction costs

Review investment opportunities and advise on strategies aligned with corporate policies

Partner with Finance and FP&A on forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-term planning

Lead ERP and treasury technology initiatives to enhance automation and efficiency

Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal audit standards for treasury-related activities

Collaborate with SEC Reporting on disclosures related to cash, investments, and foreign exchange

Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and negotiate services to optimize cost and performance

Provide guidance on complex transactions, including capital structure, debt, and FX hedging programs

Mentor and develop treasury team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
