Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to equip Account Executives with proven sales strategies and industry expertise
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and existing clients
Present competitive renewal proposals to retain and grow commercial accounts
Stay informed on energy market trends, tariffs, and regulatory changes affecting natural gas and electricity supply
Conduct volume analysis and deliver customized savings reports to clients
Generate sales activity reports to assess growth opportunities and pipeline performance
Collaborate across departments and contribute to broader organizational initiatives
Engage with potential clients and referral sources in deregulated energy markets across multiple states
Take on additional tasks and strategic projects as needed to support business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or
Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Preferred
Proven track record in B2B sales, energy consulting, or account management preferred
